Aquaculture enterprise workshop at USM

The USM Thad Cochran Marine Aquaculture Center is helping host the Fish 2.0 Gulf Coast Workshop in February 2019, in conjunction with Monica Jain, founder and Executive Director of Fish 2.0 and MS-AL Sea Grant.

The primary goal of Fish 2.0 is to support business growth and innovation in sustainable seafood by bringing investment, partnerships, and expertise to those who are driving social and environmental change in the industry. This workshop targets the finance side of aquaculture-based small businesses. It is a unique opportunity to grow small businesses focused on various types of aquaculture including technologies, feeds, traceability, consumer product innovation and other topics.
